GENERAL INFORMATION

RULE # 1 Respect our neighbors and their property.

RULE # 2 Keep water discharge within the limit of 225 gallon per day (gpd).

RULE # 3 House party is strictly prohibited.

PARKING Parking is very limited at Stillwater retreat, so do not bring unnecessary cars. Renters should park their cars inside the garage. Do not park on the streets or block our neighbors view.

OCCUPANCY Stillwater Retreat will not allow overcrowding of the house beyond the occupancy limit specified for the property.  Renters will be subject to eviction, loss of any security deposit and entire rental payment if overcrowding occurs.

LOCKED CLOSETS contain owner’s personal property. Please respect these locked closets, cabinets or rooms. They are NOT INCLUDED as part of your rental.

HOT TUB Renters are not allowed to use outdoor hot tub.

WHAT TO DO WHEN CHECK OUT

 1. Wash all dirty dishes and return them to cupboards.

2. Unplug coffee maker and appliances

3. Take out garbage

4. Turn off all lights and heat - DO NOT forget the driveway lights outside the garage.

5. Lock all windows and doors

6. Return keys to office, or drop box outside of office.
